How far is the house from the sea / from the beach of Spiaggia di Mondello?
The apartments are located about 200‐250 metres from the beach, or 2 minutes on foot. The centre of Mondello is about 500 metres away.
What services are included in the apartments?
All apartments offer Wi-Fi, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, dishes and wine glasses, bed linen and towels. Some types also have a terrace or balcony.
Is parking available?
In the area there are several options for paid or free municipal parking on the street or private parking in the area with video surveillance. Only for motorcycles it is possible to park inside the property, free of charge.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not accepted.
Is it possible to request a crib / high chair for children?
Yes — on request and subject to availability, it is possible to have a cot and/or high chair for children.
What languages do you speak?
Italian and English.
How can I get to the centre of Palermo from Mondello?
The centre of Palermo is about 10 km away: easily accessible by city bus (line 806) that stops a few steps from the apartments.
How can I get from Palermo airport to the apartments in Mondello?
From Palermo Falcone e Borsellino airport (Punta Raisi) you can reach Mondello Apartments in different ways:
Taxi: about 20 minutes (cost 45 €) directly to the door of the apartment.
Airport Shuttle: From June 15th to October 31st, the Prestia & Comandè shuttle to Mondello is active. The stop is a 3-minute walk from the apartment — you’ll find all the details on the “Location” page of the website.
Train + bus: Take the train get off at the Palermo Tommaso Natale stop and then take bus 614.
Rental car: ideal if you want to move freely during your stay.
Is luggage storage free?
Yes! Our luggage storage service is completely free for all guests.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
Absolutely! If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage with us free of charge and start enjoying Mondello right away.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Yes. If your flight or departure is later in the day, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us free of charge after check-out.
How long can I store my luggage?
You can store your luggage until your departure on the same day as your check-out.
Do I need to book the luggage storage service?
We simply ask that you let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
